Account Manager

Our client is a lead generation specialist with 12 years’ experience dealing with some of the major financial services companies in SA.

They are recruiting for an Account Manager, with the following duties:

  • Client facing role with ongoing engagement with clients regarding campaign performance and campaign management.
  • Interface between the client, call centers and internal campaign management teams regarding new business, campaign performance and growth.
  • New business development/sales support – identification of new prospective clients, coordinating and conducting meetings with prospective clients and development of proposals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of commerce degree (marketing, accounting or financial management is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Excellent business writing skills. Experience in creating client proposals will be beneficial.
  • Clear understanding of return on investment on marketing- and lead generation campaigns.
