Financial Services Company Secretary
Our client, a national Financial Services company in the Insurance Sector is seeking the services of a Company Secretary.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:
- LLB and CIS qualification.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Company Secretary or in a Corporate Governance role.
- Experience within the Financial Services sector would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial principles, practices and procedures.
This is a perm role based in Cape Town.
