Financial Services Company Secretary

Our client, a national Financial Services company in the Insurance Sector is seeking the services of a Company Secretary.


Minimum Requirements and Experience:

  • LLB and CIS qualification.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Company Secretary or in a Corporate Governance role.
  • Experience within the Financial Services sector would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial principles, practices and procedures.


This is a perm role based in Cape Town.
