Direct sourcing: Control, clarity and cost-efficient fulfilment

At Resourgenix, we are redefining how MSP's approach contingent workforce fulfilment. Our direct sourcing model offers a smarter, more strategic alternative to the traditional, agency-heavy approach, giving you greater control, faster turnaround, and substantial cost savings without compromising on quality.

Our solution is built on a proven model of strategic, technology-enabled talent curation, underpinned by offshore delivery teams that combine cost efficiency with deep subject matter expertise.

We offer clients access to pre-vetted, role-ready contingent workers sourced by our skilled teams in South Africa. By offshoring key components of the direct sourcing process, we are able to deliver a high-quality, high-speed solution at a significantly lower cost base.

By leveraging your employer brand as the primary magnet for contingent talent, we build and manage engaged, pre-qualified talent communities that are aligned to your culture, contingent workforce needs, and long-term goals. These are not generic databases, they are curated communities of contingent candidates who are ready to step in when you need them, reducing the time and friction involved in each hire.

This direct sourcing approach significantly improves fulfilment rates while reducing attrition and enhancing overall workforce stability

With fewer touchpoints, fewer fees, and fewer compromises, our MSP clients see consistent reductions in cost-per-hire, while creating a stronger, more cohesive contractor experience under their own brand.

What truly sets our direct sourcing model apart is its seamless integration. Designed to function as a “plug-and-play” extension of your existing hiring MSP ecosystem, it blends effortlessly with your systems, people, and processes. The offshore sourcing engine based in South Africa works in tandem with our UK-based account management team, ensuring local compliance, global reach, and round-the-clock delivery capability.
