By breaking down recruitment processes into smaller tasks, prioritising the most\u00a0important elements and providing frequent feedback to your talent acquisition team assist them\u00a0in gaining greater flexibility and efficiency in their processes.<\/p>\n<p>In order to obtain success one of the key considerations is to ensure your software stack\u00a0supports agile recruiting.
