General Manager – Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Furnace Projects

In line with our client’s commitment to excellence, they are seeking a qualified individual to join the company as a General Manager for Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Platework, and Furnace Mechanical Projects.

Main Objective:

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the companies’ capabilities in structural, mechanical, piping, platework, and furnace mechanical projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient operations, meticulous planning, successful execution, and profitability of the division. This includes maintaining and establishing client relationships, strategizing for business growth, and driving bottom-line results. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with strong commercial acumen, the ability to balance customer and company needs, and the vision to spearhead profitable sales growth.

Qualifications:

• A Grade 12 certificate with a related tertiary qualification.
• A Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• An MBA or Business Management qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years” experience in management or technical support.
