Operations Manager

Our client is currently looking to hire an operations manager, who will ensure effective management of the branch operations functions.

The operations manager will implement and maintain the company operations strategy, deliver the customer service objectives and work cross functionally with the commercial business to operationally support the achievement of the commercial strategy.

Role Requirements

• Appropriate Tertiary Technical Qualification required.
• Engineering or Mechanical qualification recommended.
• 5 years Operational management experience required.
• 5 years’ Experience in Logistics and technical environments.
• Equipment, truck, and vehicle fleet management experience is critical.
• 3 Years’ Experience in managing a staff complement of not less than 20 people.
• Experience in Budgets and planning – responsible for building, implementing, and controlling annual branch budgets.
• Experience in an ISO and H&S environment would be an advantage.

This is a permanent position based in Durban.
