Graham Bentley

Visionary Leader in Talent Acquisition

Graham, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Resourgenix, brings over 25 years of transformative experience to the recruitment industry. His career is marked by a series of successes in building and revitalizing both local and international talent acquisition firms.

In 1994, Graham, alongside Mark Jurgens and others, co-founded Paracon SA, which grew into a global IT talent powerhouse. After a brief hiatus, he took the helm as Managing Director at Kelly in 2012. Graham working closely with Gareth Tindall the Group CEO was able to orchestrate a R70million turnaround, within just four years. This feat was achieved by pioneering new service lines, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Contingent Worker Management Solutions (CWM/MSP).

Graham’s leadership journey continued through Kelly’s evolution into Quest Staffing Solutions and a return to Paracon SA, culminating in his role as Managing Executive of Adcorp Professional Services South Africa. In 2019, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and vision for the future of talent acquisition, Graham founded Resourgenix.

Grant Cameron-Smith

Driving Growth Through Operational Excellence

Grant, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Resourgenix, brings a powerful blend of IT expertise, legal acumen, and operational excellence to his role. With a sharp eye for compliance, systems, and process design, he is the driving force behind our operational integrity and innovation. Grant is relentless about removing barriers and finding smarter, simpler ways for clients and candidates to do business with us.

By applying his deep knowledge of technology and governance alongside exceptional commercial insight, Grant has streamlined delivery, driven scalable growth, and ensured that every aspect of Resourgenix operates with precision and purpose.

Outside of the boardroom, Grant is a well-known endurance athlete, affectionately dubbed #crazybikeguy, having completed multiple charity rides across the globe and raising significant funds for causes close to his heart.

Anne Rutledge

Anne, Executive Director at Resourgenix, brings over two decades of innovative experience to the talent acquisition industry. As the pioneer of the first Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions in South Africa, Anne has consistently pushed the boundaries of talent acquisition strategies.

Her expertise spans the design, implementation, and management of sophisticated workforce solutions, including CWM, Business Process Outsourcing for non-permanent workforce, and RPO. Anne’s forward-thinking approach extends to integrating cutting-edge talent technology platforms, leveraging advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to enhance acquisition processes.

With a keen understanding that people are the cornerstone of any successful strategy, Anne excels in forging strategic partnerships, engaging high-level stakeholders, and providing visionary leadership. As a registered Professional Accountant (SA) with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants since 2015, Shoveeka has built a reputation for excellence in financial management and team leadership.
At Resourgenix, Shoveeka has honed her skills in time management and meeting critical deadlines, ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and effectively. Her experience in shared services environments has underscored the importance of clear communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
Shoveeka’s key strengths lie in optimizing processes for enhanced productivity, facilitating knowledge sharing, and adeptly navigating diverse management structures. Her approach not only ensures financial precision but also promotes a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Lee Segeels-Ncube

Lee Segeels-Ncube, Non-Executive Director at Resourgenix is an experienced legal professional, specializing in construction law, commercial litigation, forensic investigations, insurance law and administrative law. She holds a BCom (Law) and LLB degrees from Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) and the University of Johannesburg. With extensive experience in high-profile legal cases, including representing major financial institutions, parastatals, and insurance companies, she has been involved in major commercial disputes. Lee has been actively involved in the State Capture Commission, and has significant expertise in arbitration and mediation. Lee brings a wealth of legal experience.
