Graham Bentley
CEO

Graham is the CEO and co-founder of Resourgenix. Graham has 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having fulfilled significant roles in many successful South African and global recruitment companies.
Graham’s career in the talent acquisition industry started in 1994, when he partnered with Mark Jurgens to build Paracon SA, a listed IT resourcing business; which is today a global specialist IT Talent Acquisition company.
Whilst taking a short sabbatical in 2010, Graham was approached to take over the realms of Kelly as Managing Director, working with the CEO of the Kelly Group, Gareth Tindall, where he focused aggressively on formulating new service offerings of providing talent through managed services, like Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO’s) and Managed Serviced Providers (MSP’s).
After 3 short years, the Kelly business was transformed from a loss-making position of over R 40 million to a profit of over R 30 million.
After Kelly transitioned into Quest Staffing Solutions, Graham decided to return back to his grassroots, Paracon SA. More recently with numerous changes taking place within the Adcorp Group which saw Graham holding the position of Managing Executive: Adcorp Professional Services, Graham decided to join once again the entrepreneurial fore, giving rise to Resourgenix, to deliver talent in innovative and inspiring ways.
